Six months or more gets the best rate, but the house doesn't sit empty waiting for the perfect lease. Shorter furnished stays are considered whenever the calendar allows — a month between closings, a 13-week clinical contract, a family visiting for a season.

What does "fully furnished" actually include?
Furniture in every room, beds made up with linens, towels, a stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, and small appliances, smart TVs, and a washer and dryer. High-speed internet is already active. You should be able to arrive with luggage and start living the same day.
Why isn't the rent listed on the site?
Because the right number depends on how long you're staying, when you're arriving, how many people are in the house, and whether a company is covering it. Posting one rate would be wrong for most inquiries. Send your details and you'll get a firm quote, usually within one business day.
What's included in the rent?
Furnishings, high-speed internet, and pool and lawn maintenance are included. How utilities are handled depends on the length of the lease — that's spelled out clearly in your quote so there are no surprises.
Can my employer be billed directly?

Can I see it before I commit if I'm out of state?
Yes — a live video walkthrough can be scheduled, and we're happy to shoot additional photos or video of anything specific you want to see. In-person showings are available by appointment.
What's the application process?
A standard rental application with income verification and a background and credit check for individual tenants. Corporate-sponsored placements typically go through a company agreement instead. A security deposit and first month's rent are due at signing.
